Weight Loss Tips for Today

Tips for today:
First, take a photo of yourself and measurements. Always remember, calories in-calories out. When you eat, put your fork down between bites and chew well. We all know that sitting at a table to eat works best and no television. I am guilty of this bad behavior myself. If you are aware of what you are eating instead of the television, you will obtain better habits. Of course Americans are known for eating on the run with our fast-paced lives. But, remember that to enjoy life, you must be able to live it well. Share your tips on this site.
